Welcome to the Gratero API documentation. Gratero is a powerful courier aggregator platform designed to simplify and streamline your shipping processes. Our platform integrates with multiple courier services, providing a unified interface for all your shipping needs.

We've designed this document to help developers and Gratero users fully understand and integrate our API for a seamless and easy deployment. These APIs enable you to utilize most of your Gratero account's panel features fully.

The API endpoints are available in both a sandbox environment for testing and a production environment for live operations. Read through the following sections for the integration process.

API Compatibility (Backwards)

We tend to modify or update our APIs to enhance its functionality, security, and usability. We consider the modifications or updates to our APIs are backward compatible (maintains compatibility with its previous versions). We recommend you to configure your API integration that accommodates the new releases or updates without any interruption. By new releases or updates, we mean the following:

• Adding a newer version of the API
• Adding new optional request and/ or query parameters
• We might not notify you about the changes since the changes are backward compatible.
• We highly recommend that you follow our API documentation for up-to-date information.
