## What is Gratero?

Gratero is an AI powered shipping platform for D2C brands to automate logistics and improve customer experience. We help brands to reduce RTOs, automate NDR follow-ups and prevent delivery delays using AI.

This documentation is organized for operations teams, support teams, and admins who run daily logistics workflows.
